Core Responsibilities: Review and oversee tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of business and individual clients. Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering high-quality tax guidance and fostering strong client relationships. Mentor and support tax professionals while helping maintain efficient engagement workflows. Partner with firm leadership to strengthen client service and contribute to the continued success of the practice. What You'll Bring: 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with a strong technical foundation in tax compliance and review. Background with a national, regional, or similarly complex public accounting firm, or comparable tax experience in industry. CPA preferred, with partnership candidates ultimately requiring licensure; support is available for those pursuing certification.
