Whether you're coordinating event logistics, assisting guests, or managing equipment, your dedication and attention to detail will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.ResponsibilitiesManages service delivery and builds a scalable, efficient, and well-trained team responsible for servicing and maintaining amusement equipment located at the resortProvides training and support to the team on daily operations, customer service, safety requirement and maintenance routinesDevelops operational policies, procedures, and workflows that lead to efficient and effective operations of the teamEnsures compliance to all company and customers' safety standardsExhibits excellent customer service to address service issues or concernsCompletes and manages budgets and costs associated with servicing and maintaining equipmentForecasts and control labor cost on a weekly, monthly, and annual basisComplete inventories and ensure adequate parts, supplies, and prizes are ordered as needed while following budgeting guidelinesEnsures staff maintains a professional appearance by adhering to dress code policyPromotes and increases arcade visits by ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance routines#VenuplushpREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree required (Business, Logistics, Engineering, etc.) or 4+ years of Management experience preferably in the Amusement Industry or related fieldDetailed oriented and process driven with excellent management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates a professional attitude in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy and mechanically inclinedDelivers exceptional customer service with a professional demeanorProficient in Microsoft Office productsAble to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr VenU LLC
