Quality Inspector

This is a fulltime, onsite role for a Quality Control Inspector located in East Hartford, CT. The Quality Control Inspector will perform inspections of products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and engineering specifications.
This role is a handson mix of inspection and document control, with a strong focus on electrical components, PCB assemblies, incoming inspection, inprocess inspection, and final inspection, as well as sheet metal and mechanical components. The inspector will review and document inspection results, maintain quality control logs and checklists, collaborate closely with production teams to resolve quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience inspecting PCB assemblies and electrical components
• Working knowledge of IPC-A-620 and J-STD standards
• Experience using tools like microscopes and eye loupes for PCB inspection
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
