Prepare, complete, and execute FAA/EASA Return to Service documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
Provide detailed technical information and feedback to engineers to support the development of repairs that fall outside existing approved data.
Ensure all inspection and repair actions comply with company procedures and FAA regulations, including FAR Part 145 and Part 43 requirements.
Use appropriate inspection tools and equipment to perform precise measurements and evaluations of airframe components.
Document inspection results, technical findings, and corrective actions clearly and accurately for traceability and regulatory compliance.

Current certification at Level II Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection is a plus.
Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations.
Experience with aircraft quality inspection of airframe components and structures.
