Assistant Lobby Experience Manager responsibilities include: Work with the Lobby Experience Manager to build, train, and develop a team of skilled individuals to service all facets of the participant lobby experience Evaluate departmental staffing needs and creatively develop colleague schedules to ensure effective lobby coverage at all times on property Work closely with other departmental leaders to address lobby experience opportunities in a quick and efficient manner, and develop and implement systems to proactively identify facility participant needs Evaluate team member productivity within department, and identify opportunities to enhance colleague efficiencies and the participant experience through a personalized approach Hyatt colleagues work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards.
