Customer Care Specialist I (hybrid)

Responsibilities Manage order entry for customers (creation of orders) Handle complaints and claims Monitor customer credit notes Provide feedback on sales performance Help resolve disputes between Sales and Marketing and Customers Process returns of stock Issue invoices Maintain databases Produce reports as required Qualifications High school diploma required 2 years of customer service experience required 2 years of call center experience preferred Fluent English Excellent telephone manner Good PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to work well under pressure Positive attitude Commitment to providing excellent customer service Team player Self motivated Primary Work Location USA TX - San Antonio Becton, Dickinson, and Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
