This role exists to bring order, clarity, and forward momentum through systems, schedules, documentation, and communication. We are seeking a high-detail, high-accountability professional who understands restoration and construction and is highly comfortable working on a computer, managing schedules, communicating with customers, and making decisions that keep jobs moving.

What This Role ACTUALLY Is

• A desk-based coordination role, not a field position
• Heavy use of computer systems, scheduling tools, CRM, and documentation
• Frequent phone calls, emails, and written communication
• Decision-making authority to move jobs forward without waiting
• Direct communication with homeowners who are stressed and need clarity
• The operational backbone supporting the production of jobs

What You'll Do

• Build, manage, and communicate schedules
• Coordinate team members, materials, selections, deliveries, and vendors
• Track job progress, documentation, budgets, and compliance in operating systems
• Communicate proactively with homeowners about schedules and next steps
• Assist the Production Team by solving problems before they escalate
• Make informed decisions daily to keep jobs moving
• Maintain detailed job notes, timelines, and documentation
• Use Microsoft 365, RMS, and other systems extensively
