- Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting entries.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
- Prepare basic financial and accounting reports as needed.
- Assist management and outside accountants with accounting-related information.
- Perform other bookkeeping and administrative duties as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidential financial information.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is preferred.
- Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus.
