Human Resources Assistant Manager

Samkwang America is hiring a Human Resources Assistant Manager in Tuskegee, AL (onsite) to strengthen HR operations, compliance, and workforce programs through hands-on people management. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day HR management activities, including talent acquisition , employee onboarding , orientation programs , and employee evaluation processes Lead change management initiatives that support organizational growth and transformation Manage benefits administration and payroll processing , including accurate HRIS data entry to support compliance Build and implement workforce management strategies , including succession planning , organization design , and performance management systems Maintain regulatory and HR legal compliance across employment law, labor regulations , FMLA , workers' compensation , and affirmative action plans Support employee relations by resolving conflicts and facilitating a positive work environment through training and development sessions Use HR sourcing tools to support recruiting and HR reporting, including ATS platforms such as Lever, Taleo, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, and Dayforce Requirements Proven experience supporting human resources department operations with a strong understanding of employment and labor law and HR compliance standards Demonstrated expertise in human capital management , talent management , project management , and strategic planning Proficiency with HR systems, including HRIS platforms such as UltiPro , Oracle HCM , SAP SuccessFactors , or Ceridian ; advanced Excel data analysis skills are highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information and maintain positive employee relations Strong organization and experience with personnel administration , benefits administration , payroll processing , and HR administrative tasks Ability to lead change initiatives while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Relevant certifications or experience in employment law in talent management or HR legal compliance are preferred Bilingual (Korean/English) required Technologies ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Lever, Taleo UltiPro, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Ceridian, Dayforce, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Excel Compensation USD 60,000 - 66,361 per month Benefits 401(k) and 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
