We welcome candidates who are already experienced in trusts and estates law. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who values mentorship, structure, and collaboration over working entirely independent. What You'll Do: Represent clients in estate, charitable, business succession, and estate/gift tax planning matters. Support fiduciaries in trust, estate, and probate administration. Assist with the ongoing development of firm processes and best practices. What They're Looking For: Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Experience in estate planning and probate.
