The Role – School-Based Behavior Analysis (NJ)

This is a  daytime, school-based position serving students in public and private school settings.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborating with CSTs, teachers, administrators, and related service providers
• Supporting students across IEP-driven educational environments
• Providing ethical, compassionate, and data-driven behavior support
• Coaching and supporting school staff with practical, real-world strategies

• Active  BCBA or BCaBA certification
• Experience in ABA (school-based experience preferred)
