Responsibilities:

• Consistently prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, community relationships, existing customers, and other sales opportunities.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline rather than relying solely on agency provided leads.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Conduct needs based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services products.
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, Health and other available insurance products while identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
• Develop referral sources and continually look for new ways to generate business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
• Proactively cross-sell and conduct policy reviews with existing customers.
• take ownership of your results and continually improve your sales skills and performance.
