Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Sales experience or outbound call experience preferred.
- Competitive backgrounds (sports/etc) perform well in this role.
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in San Marino, CA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
