Position Overview

This position is part of a float pool that provides staffing support across multiple facilities located in Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon. The role requires adaptability to float between hospitals, with a primary site prioritized for most assignments. Schedules may vary and can include a mix of weekend shifts, with minimal weekend requirements for some candidates. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and embrace change.

Experience, Education, and Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• Preferred qualifications include Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor, encompassing:



• Labor management
• Delivery care
• Fetal monitoring
• Postpartum care for mothers and newborns


• Must possess a verified high school diploma or equivalent, as required by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) for moderate complexity testing.
• Proficiency in Epic electronic health record system is required.
• This position necessitates the use of the employee's personal automobile for travel assignments across multiple healthcare locations.
