Responsibilities
Meet with families and individuals in the Santa Ana area to discuss their long-term financial security.
Analyze current financial situations to recommend appropriate life insurance products.
Guide clients through the application process with patience and clear explanations.
Network within the local community to establish a presence and build lasting professional relationships.
Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure their coverage evolves with their life changes.
Manage your daily schedule and follow-ups to ensure every client receives timely and thoughtful attention.
Requirements
Active California Life and Health insurance license.
Previous experience in life insurance sales or financial services.
Strong comfort level with meeting people in person and building local networks.
Clear and articulate communication style for explaining complex policy details.
Basic proficiency in computer systems and digital record-keeping.
Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage given our community focus.
