The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, two-person subcontractor crew to serve as our primary field partners for high-stakes commercial restaurant remodels and facility maintenance. This is a business-to-business partnership designed for an independent crew that thrives in fast-paced, night-shift environments. You will take ownership of major chain restaurant upgrades, showcasing your diverse trade skills while benefiting from consistent work volume and accelerated payment schedules.

What You Will Do

As the lead crew on-site, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end renovations while maintaining strict quality and cleanliness standards.

• Complete Structural Remodels: Execute full-scale commercial kitchen and restroom renovations to meet premium facility standards.
• Install Specialized Components: Expertly install restaurant-specific materials, including quarry tile, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), and stainless steel wall paneling.
• Upgrade Utilities: Perform critical, code-compliant plumbing and electrical modifications specifically tailored to cooklines and bar areas.
• Manage Exterior & Interior Finishes: Execute facade enhancements and architectural updates that align with strict corporate brand guidelines.
• Ensure Compliance: Navigate complex ADA inspections and execute necessary remediations to guarantee 100% site compliance.
• Drive Night-Shift Operations: Coordinate closely with off-site project managers to maintain aggressive timelines during overnight shifts without disrupting daytime restaurant operations.

What You Need to Succeed

This is an independent contractor role requiring active business licensing, comprehensive insurance, and commercial-grade expertise.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial construction, commercial fit-outs, or facility maintenance.
• Trade Proficiency: Advanced, hands-on skills in commercial carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and commercial flooring.
• Business Credentials: Must possess an active Employer Identification Number (EIN).
• Mandatory Insurance: Active Workers’ Compensation Insurance (exemptions are not accepted) and General Liability Insurance.
• Travel & Availability: Absolute willingness to work 10-hour night shifts and travel 3 to 5 hours to various regional project sites.
• Equipment: Ownership of professional-grade tools and highly reliable transportation capable of hauling your crew and materials.
