Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train a talented front-of-house team
• Ensure customers are receiving craveable food
• Manage cash handling, food safety, and health regulations
• Oversee smooth operations at the drive-thru and front counter
• Resolve customer and employee concerns with professionalism
• Handle employee scheduling and labor cost management
• Collaborate with the leadership team through market meetings
• Kitchen cross-training available

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience with strong leadership skills
• Drive-thru experience is required
• Experience with Chick-fil-A preferred
• Commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork
• Quick decision-making and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Associate degree or equivalent education
