Manager, AI Learning Enablement & Coaching

Revolution Medicines seeks a Manager to drive enterprise adoption of approved AI tools through targeted coaching, practical learning sessions, and use-case-based enablement. The role focuses on building employee capability to apply AI effectively and responsibly across functions in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-group coaching sessions and hands-on labs focused on approved AI tool adoption
• Coach employees on real-world AI applications including drafting, analysis, research, and workflow improvement
• Create and curate practical learning resources including guides, prompts, job aids, and self-paced materials
• Identify recurring learning gaps and develop targeted content to address employee needs
• Gather feedback and measure effectiveness to continuously refine enablement approach

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs or coaching initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into practical, role-based learning experiences
• Understanding of responsible AI use, governance, and regulated-environment compliance
• Strong facilitation and small-group coaching skills with ability to adapt by audience level
• Experience gathering feedback and iterating learning content based on user needs
