NAV Real Estate is a high-performance real estate brokerage serving Colorado Springs, Monument, Fountain, Black Forest, Falcon, and the Pikes Peak region. Job Type : Full-Time, Commission-Based
Compensation : $48,000 - $400,000+/year (Commission + Quarterly Profit Share)
Experience Level : All Levels Welcome (Licensed or In-Progress)
Schedule: Flexible, Self-Determined (Weekend Availability As Needed)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Convert and manage high-intent real estate leads using proven systems
- Conduct professional buyer and seller consultations
- Guide clients through transactions with expert market knowledge
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate closings
- Attend weekly training and implement sales strategies
- Manage client pipeline using CRM and automation tools
- Build referral business and maintain long-term client relationships
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for growth
Requirements
- Active Colorado Real Estate License (or currently in licensing process)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Coachable mindset and open to performance accountability
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to attend Colorado Springs office meetings (minimum weekly)
- Reliable transportation for client showings
