Own—Take ownership of development and management of the business as you master your craft and build a team. Review and maintain client financial plans, continuing to provide optimum advice for your clients’ needs. You are in business for yourself but not by yourself! You could be right for this opportunity if you have: 4-year degree; or equivalent professional work experience Prior sales and/or business experience preferred. Experience building meaningful relationships Interpersonal skills for success in client-facing roles Desire for continuous learning Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship **Must be located in greater Denver/Boulder area or already planning to move here imminently** First year income ranges from $70,000- $200,000. Average income per advisor that has been here over 5 years is $635,000, top 25% is $1.6M, top 10% is $2.3M.
