Traveling Superintendent - Hotel Construction

Job details: Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year Based in Florida, we are a well-established and growing GC that specializes in hotel construction. Our work is primarily ground-up and includes WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, Extended Stay America and more. Due to growth, we are hiring a Superintendent. We work throughout the East Coast so travel is required. MUST HAVE Experience as a Superintendent at a GC Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction Experience with ground-up ProCore experience Ability to travel throughout East Coast A bit about us: Based in Florida, we are a well-established and growing GC that specializes in hotel construction.
