Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals for evening shifts (5x8 hours, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM) in an acute care hospital setting. This position will begin as soon as possible and is open to both local and traveling candidates.

Job Details

• Location: City, State
• Shift: Evenings (5x8 hours, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
• Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role
• Patient Ratios: Varies based on assignment
• Certifications Required: ARDMS, BLS, other relevant certifications
• Charting System: Epic (preferred)
• Floating: Required between similar units

Unit and Patient Care Details

• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
• Total Staffed Beds: 150
• Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Additional Specialties: Infants, Pediatrics for various imaging procedures
• Daily Caseload: 8-20 patients, depending on the shift
• Equipment and Facilities: 3 rooms in the main hospital and 3 at an outpatient center

Job Responsibilities

As a member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for:

• Performing imaging procedures in a fast-paced environment
• Providing patient care and support to various age groups
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining documentation and patient records accurately
• Flexibility in scheduling and responding to changes in staffing needs

Working Conditions

• Orientation: Hours will be provided during onboarding
• Parking: Free parking available on the first day, assignment parking will be given during orientation
• Expected Call Duty: Must be available for on-call duties at least once a week
• Holidays: Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays is required
