Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary We are seeking a Coordinator for our Redlands location. Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Direct Hire - Full Benefits Essential Functions Coordinate and process all return shipments on a daily basis Review and work on daily return report and POD on dock report Organise return area so each shipment can be identified Prioritise shipments for loading to maximise trailer capacity Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels Help with customer service issues as they arise Other duties as requested Skills / Competencies Detail oriented Excellent computer and communication skills Able to multitask in a high‑paced environment Strong verbal and technical written communication Highly organised and detail‑oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Able to type 35+ wpm minimum Comfortable multitasking and prioritising tasks without guidance Excellent time management Ability to work under pressure Technology adaptability Interpersonal skills Friendly and approachable personality Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Company Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401k + Company Match Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off Flexible Work Schedules (when possible) And more! Pay Range $23/hr. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
