Night Audit Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to oversee overnight front office operations and ensure a seamless guest experience during late-night and early-morning hours. In this role, you will support accurate financial reporting, guide on-duty team members, and help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight front desk operations and provide support to team members during the night shift.
• Review daily financial activity, reconcile accounts, and prepare accurate audit reports.
• Ensure the proper completion of guest check-ins, check-outs, and related billing procedures.
• Monitor hotel activity and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth daily transitions and operational continuity.
• Verify that required reports, logs, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Help maintain security, safety, and compliance standards throughout the property.
• Train, coach, and support team members in front office procedures and service expectations.
• Escalate unusual situations, guest issues, or operational concerns to appropriate leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk, night audit, guest services, or a similar hospitality role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial reports, reconcile records, and work with high accuracy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and standard office software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or lead role within hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of hotel audit procedures, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting.
• Familiarity with guest service best practices and conflict resolution.
