Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Provide specialized speech therapy services to patients, assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, and swallowing abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s condition.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support speech and swallowing therapy.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Be proficient in administering and interpreting speech and language assessments.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
