Job Opportunity at Broadway Home Care, LLC

Broadway Home Care, LLC is seeking a PRN Nurse to travel to assigned client locations to perform initial admissions and follow-up visits via assessments within the client's place of residence. The RN will evaluate the patient's condition, complete appropriate clinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor or Director, implement and update the Patient Care Plan in conjunction with the patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems, document, and report to the Nursing Supervisor. Positions available ASAP.

Wake County, Orange County, Durham County, Johnson County, Nash County

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Unrestricted NC Registered Nursing License Required

Current CPR certification

TB Test

Salary: Competitive

Flat Rate for Admission and/or Assessment

Office hours as needed

Additional Requirements:

NC drivers' license in good standing Active Car Insurance

Current TB

Current CPR

Must work well independently, enjoy problem solving and understand the importance of accurate documentation.
