Full‑time Sales & Client Experience Coordinator – Chicago, IL. Nuage Rentals Inc. Salary Range: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour. Position Overview Lead administrative support for Nuage Designs’ Midwest and Western sales teams. Manage account intake, process orders, field client inquiries, and maintain the Chicago showroom. Work primarily in‑office (4 days) with 1 remote day per week. Key Responsibilities Enter and notify the associated Account Executive of new trade account applications in Intellievent. Respond to general inquiries from the website contact form and general inbox; route calls to the appropriate department. Review Design Trunk orders, update client profiles in Intellievent, and manage future collection launches. Input non‑revenue generating orders (samples, swatches, photoshoots, hospitality, donations) on behalf of the sales team. Cross‑check product availability for upcoming events and submit Inventory Addition Requests (IARs) to Production as needed. Notify the Account Executive upon order completion and any related product availability issues. Generate daily Balance Reports and process Balances Due for all orders, delivering receipts and proofs of payment to clients. Run a weekly Tentative Order Aging Report to identify dormant quotes and conduct follow‑ups. Collaborate with Product Development & Marketing to manage showroom merchandising and schedule periodic updates. Maintain showroom appearance, organization, and cleanliness for a polished client experience. Coordinate showroom readiness before client appointments, restocking supplies such as beverages and hospitality items. Host showroom appointments for retail clients, guiding them and ensuring a professional, on‑brand presentation of inventory. Occasionally attend networking events, client meetings, and industry educational opportunities in the local market. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience in event, hospitality, sales, coordination, or administration roles. Experience in a retail, showroom, or merchandising environment preferred. Proficiency in Intellievent, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), and CRM/order‑management systems. Familiarity with Stripe credit‑card processing. Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Excellent organizational and critical‑thinking abilities; versatile problem‑solver. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and take direction well. Calm under pressure and committed to team success; meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to learn and quickly master new software systems. Physical Demands This role involves extended periods of sitting at a desk, operating a computer, and using standard office equipment. It also requires standing, walking, and moving throughout the showroom for client appointments and merchandising activities, including handling rental inventory and lightweight furniture.
