We are looking for a results driven OT to provide therapeutic and holistic care in an inpatient hospital setting. Experienced OT's and new graduates are welcome to apply! Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!What will you be doing in this role?Provide occupational therapy services and evaluations to patientsProvide occupational therapy techniques not limited to P/ROM, joint mobilization, massage, myofascial release, desensitization techniques, and dressing changesAchieve patient care time targets, with a general target of 75%+ minimum individual patient care time (unadjusted) in the outpatient setting.Keeping accurate, detailed documentation with efficiency while being able to provide feedback to the patient for continuous health improvementsDelivering care as broadly specified within applicable state practice act.This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
