Overview LifeGaines is a Boca Raton-based concierge medical spa specializing in regenerative medicine, hormone therapy, and advanced aesthetics. Led by Dr. Richard Gaines, the clinic provides individualized age management, hormone, wellness and personal care treatments designed to help patients achieve total physical and mental well-being. The role We are hiring a full-time senior advanced practice provider to work directly alongside Dr. Gaines. This role requires an advanced practitioner who is deeply passionate about metabolic optimization, aesthetics, and age-management medicine. You will work alongside a top expert, utilizing cutting-edge modalities to deliver meaningful patient outcomes. Under the practice model, you will practice under a written collaborative protocol (APRN) or supervisory agreement (PA-C) with the Medical Director, Dr. Gaines. Prescribing, including controlled substances, is performed under that protocol and in accordance with Florida law. What you will do Hormone optimization. Evaluate, design, and manage individualized bioidentical hormone replacement (BHRT) protocols for men and women. Functional medicine. Conduct comprehensive consults and interpret advanced biomarker panels — labs, genetics, gut, micronutrient. Aesthetic injectables. Perform cosmetic neurotoxin and dermal filler injections to a high standard of clinical safety and aesthetic judgment. Metabolic and emerging therapy. Develop and manage protocols within current federal compounding and regulatory rules. IV nutrient therapy. Formulate, prescribe, and oversee IV therapy and nutritional plans; delegate administration to IV-certified nursing staff. Sexual health. Evaluate and treat sexual dysfunction using functional medicine and regenerative protocols. Service line development. Partner with Dr. Gaines to design and launch new clinical offerings. What you bring Licensure. Active, unrestricted Florida APRN or PA-C license. Certification. Board certified (AANP or ANCC for APRNs; NCCPA for PA-Cs), with active DEA registration. Experience. Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience and formal training in HRT, functional medicine, and aesthetic injectables. Technical skill. Proficiency in fine-needle injection technique (neurotoxins and fillers) and expert working knowledge of endocrine and hormone pathways. Presence. Polished, professional, and durable in a concierge environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
