Logistics Specialist Supply Chain & Logistics Plano, Texas, US Pay Rate Low: 40 | Pay Rate High: 42 Title: Logistics Specialist Location: Plano, TX Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 Type: Contract-to-Hire Position Overview In this role, you will manage and oversee all logistics and transportation operations at our Plano, TX facility, ensuring smooth, timely, and cost‑efficient delivery of materials while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipping activities at the Plano, TX site, providing support to Warehouse and Shipping staff. Develop and implement logistics strategies and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics operations with overall business objectives. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of logistics experience, preferably in a regulated or biotechnology environment. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping and international logistics preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
