Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Sam's Club #4905 2850 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201-1601 Position Summary Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for members by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure the freshest items available for take‑home. You will maintain cleanliness, manage temperature control, ensure expiration dates are in order, and support members with bakery orders while juggling multiple tasks quickly. Responsibilities Prepare Fresh Foods: Follow recipes and food safety standards to produce quality ready‑to‑eat items. Maintain Product Quality: Inspect items, monitor temperature, manage inventory, and dispose of lower quality product. Ensure Cleanliness: Keep the prepared foods area sanitized and member‑ready; maintain shelves, zoning, and overall store appearance. Support Sales Floor: Handle claims, returns, and organize merchandise while preventing shrinkage and damages. Engage with Members: Provide a positive customer experience, answer questions, and promote products as needed. Leverage Digital Tools: Use handheld technology to make production decisions and record quality metrics. Act as a Team Member: Share product knowledge, assist peers, and help in other areas of the club as required. Promote Ethics and Integrity: Follow company policies, use the Open Door Policy, and model high‑quality service. What You'll Do Team Leadership: Share expertise and train other associates while managing production demands. Expertise & Compliance: Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain guidelines.
