Overview The Fairfield by Marriott Geneva Finger Lakes, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Front Desk agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front DeskAgent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our establishment. Responsibilities Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and timely processing Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist with administrative tasks as needed What are we looking for?
