Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses to provide specialized care for mothers, newborns, and families during the childbirth process. This role involves handling multiple clinical responsibilities within a fast-paced maternity setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to women during labor, postpartum, and mother-baby care.
• Manage and prioritize care for up to 4 mother-baby couplets, with additional responsibilities in labor and triage.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC electronic health records.
• Adhere to safety standards and certifications necessary for OB surgical recovery and C-section procedures.
• Participate in on-call shifts, weekend and holiday rotations, and float as needed within policy guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of obstetric experience.
• Certified in NRP, AWHONN, FHM, and OB surgical recovery (C-section) preferred.
• Comfortable working on an LDRP unit, alternating between labor, triage, and postpartum care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC and obstetric clinical protocols.
• Able to work night shifts (4x12 hours), with flexibility for on-call duties.
• No local candidates accepted unless exceptions approved.
