California Licensed Risk Management Director

To oversee corporate risk management strategies, the full-time California Licensed Risk Management Director will assess and manage corporate risks, negotiate insurance provisions in contracts, and handle the placement and renewal of corporate insurance policies in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Establish and implement risk management policies and best practices across the organization Manage the insurance renewal process and coordinate activities with brokers and insurers Analyze claims and develop strategies to improve risk performance and loss prevention Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related discipline Ten or more years of experience in a Risk Management leadership role Expertise in analyzing risks and developing risk management programs Experience with all lines of coverage and managing insurance broker relationships Prior experience working for an insurance broker
