Roberta’s is actively expanding and is looking for talented people to grow with us!
Ideal Candidates:
- At least 1 year of experience cooking wood fired Neapolitan pizzas.
- Interest in mastering pizza making in a hand crafted pizza oven
- Work a busy service smoothly.
- Excels at communicating directly with guests
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience working with a wood fired oven to make pizza.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and punctual
- Great attitude, respectful and a team player.

OPPORTUNITY:
Looking for pizza cooks!
- Hand stretch pizza dough in less than 20 seconds
- Master baking pizza in wood-fired, and conventional pizza ovens.
-Conveniently located in midtown, easy transit from the Bronx and New Jersey.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Should have at least 2 years of kitchen experience and think of this as their career - though a good attitude is the most important skill
- Must be able to stand on their feet for 8+ hours and lift 50lbs- Unwavering sense of urgency, detail oriented, asks for projects in the down-time, cleans early and often
- Listens to feedback
Opened in Brooklyn, New York in 2008, Roberta’s changed the pizza game. They quickly became a mecca for pizza and culture. Shortly after, they opened Blanca, which received 2 Michelin stars. There are now 4 Roberta’s locations on the East and West coast. Roberta’s does high profile pop up events in NYC, LA, Miami, Chicago among other cities.
