About the Position

Job Title: Surgical Technologist Profession: Surgical Technologists Specialty: Surgical Tech CVOR Duration: 13 months Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours (10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, M-F, with call 7-10 shifts/month, holidays, and weekends as needed) Experience: 2+ years in CVOR within the last 6 months License: Active CST Certification Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - 2+ years of open heart, cardiovascular, endovascular, impellas, and dissections experience - Level 1 Trauma experience required Description: Experience in a fast-paced surgical environment is essential. The role requires proficiency in various surgical procedures and ability to assist the surgical team. Candidates should be comfortable working in multiple operating rooms, including cardiovascular and trauma settings. The facility operates 29 ORs across multiple buildings, including multiple da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical Systems and endovascular ORs. There are 30-40 total cases performed daily. Teamwork and effective communication skills are vital for success in this position.
