Tailors and prioritizes caring practice to individual needs, including cultural/ ethical/ spiritual needs.Participates in the planning of routine transitional health care needs. Leadership skills in critical thinking, decision-making, and problem solving.QualificationsOne year acute care Nursing experienceGraduate of accredited school of nursingPer license requirementsProficient in the English language, verbal and written communication skills, computer skillsCurrent Louisiana State license as RN and BLS certification
