About the Company

Our client is an established, growing manufacturer of precision metal components in the Denver area. The toolroom supports daily production, new product development and continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are hiring a Tool and Die Supervisor to lead the toolroom. You will supervise, train and mentor a team of skilled toolmakers and make sure production tooling is ready when the floor needs it. This is a hands-on leadership role, and you will step in on the machines when needed.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of toolmakers who build, maintain and modify dies, fixtures and other production tooling.
Schedule, prioritize and assign toolroom work so jobs are done right and on time.
Keep tooling ready for production, with backup plans in place.
Diagnose and fix production problems related to tooling.
Drive tooling improvements and support new product launches.
Keep tooling maintained to spec and help plan new toolroom equipment.
Partner with production, quality and engineering.
Promote safety and coach team members as they grow.

What You Bring (Required)

8 to 10+ years of hands-on tool and die experience.
Journeyman card or completed apprenticeship.
Experience leading or supervising a toolroom team.
Strong background building and maintaining stamping dies.
Hands-on skill with lathes, mills, grinders, machining centers and EDM.
CAD skills and general computer skills.

Nice to Have

Progressive die experience.
SOLIDWORKS or similar 3D CAD.
Experience in a production stamping environment.
