We’re looking for a multi-craft maintenance professional who thrives on solving tough electro-mechanical problems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. If you’re energized by troubleshooting controls, rebuilding mechanical systems, and fabricating parts to keep lines running, you’ll fit right in.

• Maintain, repair, and optimize industrial electrical and mechanical equipment to reduce downtime.
• Diagnose control issues with schematics, meters, and diagnostic tools.
• Service motors, electrical components, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical drives.
• Weld, fabricate, modify, and install components and subassemblies.
• Machine or adapt parts using shop equipment and precision tools.
• Interpret electrical prints, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals to plan work.
• Execute preventive and predictive tasks to extend asset life.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Install, align, relocate, and update production equipment.
• Support urgent repairs during active production runs.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance, industrial electrical, or related manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic skills in an industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to independently pinpoint failures and determine repairs.
• Experience with industrial machinery, motors, controls, and production equipment.

• Proficient reading of manuals, electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of compressed air, vacuum, hydraulic, and electronic control systems.
• Use of machine shop equipment and precision measurement tools.

• Experience with pumps, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to create or modify machine components and replacement parts.
• Familiarity with facility systems and machine building concepts.
• Effective communication with supervisors and production staff.
• Basic computer skills.

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly (equipment, motors, parts, materials).
• Availability for overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as production requires.
• Safe work from ladders, scissor lifts, and elevated platforms.
