Functional Family Therapy – Gang Program Support RoleYou will be part of the Functional Family Therapy – Gang program, providing support to staff and families in the program, which include practicing skills implemented by Practitioners with families, supporting recovery efforts and assisting with administrative duties (managing email communications and community outreach efforts. Hybrid Role, 20% Remote Work.Main PrioritiesWhile additional responsibilities are likely to arise on the job, you will primarily:Complete contact notes and upload/transfer documentation to appropriate Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.Upload assessments and data to appropriate systems (i.e., YOQ, YOQ-SR, OQ).Provide community support by attending community events related to the program.Supports in-between session learning by practicing skills with client's family.Collaborate with Clinicians to support youth and family's engagement as needed.Attend intake and sessions as needed for additional support to staff.Act as a mentor/coach in the program for skills and relationship building.Who You AreRequirements, Skills & Abilities:High school diploma or equivalent required; CHW certification preferred.Minimum 1 year's work or lived experience related to the position required.State wide travel is required.Strong organizational, critical thinking and time-management skills.Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.Ability to communicate and effectively interact with a diverse population.Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Collaboration and teamwork.Must authorize Child & Family to complete a motor vehicle records check.Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance and car registration.The ideal candidate will be required to meet all background checks and medical clearances required for the position.Physical RequirementsDirect Service Staff: This position requires time sitting, standing, walking, driving, carrying and lifting up to 25lbs. This role also requires operating desktop, laptop and/or cell phone, and communicating with colleagues.
