Our practice is dedicated to providing advanced oral and maxillofacial care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment, utilizing the latest technology and surgical techniques. As we continue to expand—including our new Hayden, Idaho location,we're looking for a team member who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and thrives in a fast-paced surgical setting. What You’ll Love About This Opportunity Competitive pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour , based on experience Full-time schedule working 30 hours per week over 3 days Work alongside highly skilled oral surgeons in a modern surgical environment Opportunity to grow your clinical skills with advanced oral surgery procedures Join a collaborative team that values professionalism, compassion, and excellence Future opportunity to support our Hayden, ID office—travel flexibility is required as the practice continues to grow What You’ll Do Assist the surgeon during a variety of oral surgery procedures, including: Wisdom teeth extractions Surgical extractions Additional oral and maxillofacial procedures Prepare treatment rooms and surgical instruments Monitor and support patients before, during, and after procedures Maintain accurate clinical documentation Ensure OSHA and infection control standards are consistently followed Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate care and clear communication Qualifications Required: Minimum 2 years of Oral Surgery Dental Assisting experience Current Washington Dental Assistant registration Current BLS/CPR certification Strong knowledge of oral surgery procedures, instrumentation, and patient care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to travel to our Hayden, Idaho location as operational needs grow Preferred: DAANCE Certification Washington Dental Anesthesia Assistant certification Don't have your DAANCE or Washington Dental Anesthesia Assistant certification yet?
