Supplemental Job Description:

Work Location: Mountain View - Hybrid (Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote)
Work Schedule: Normal PST business hours, Monday to Friday




Job responsibilities
Production-Ready Designs & Prototypes: Deliver comprehensive design specs, prototypes, user flows, and assets that adhere to (and push the boundaries of) our design systems to gain xFN alignment and seamlessly move concepts into production.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the broader UX team (Design, Research, Content Strategy) and cross-functional peers (PM, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science) to champion user-centric solutions.
Data & Insights Integration: Translate user research insights, market trends, and data metrics into scalable design solutions that solve real user pain points.




QualificationsMinimum qualifications
You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
Experience prototyping digital products or user interfaces using
industry-standard design tools.
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in
your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).




Preferred qualifications
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable
Strong Visual Design skills
Expertise in Component & System Design
Expertise in Prototyping
Top notch XFN collaboration skills
Excellent presentation skills (ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences across organizational levels)
Natural communicator who can keep a breadth of partners and partner teams in the loop
