Team Captain: Lead, train, and cheer on the engineering squad, scheduling shifts and inspiring top performance. Safety Superhero: Run fire safety inspections and epic drills, making sure everyone stays safe and sound. Guest Service Star: Jump to the rescue for maintenance requests and boost those rave-worthy guest service scores!
