Overview:

St. Mary s Healthcare is actively seeking a General Surgeon to join our expanding surgical team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice a broad scope of general surgery in a collaborative, community-focused environment with strong institutional support and a growing referral network. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality surgical care across a range of procedures while working closely with primary care providers, specialists, and hospital staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, hospital-employed position
• Broad scope of general surgery cases
• Mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient care, and surgical procedures
• Strong referral base from an established primary care network
• Collaborative environment with experienced OR staff and multidisciplinary teams
• State-of-the-art facilities equipped with advanced imaging, rehabilitation services, and the Da Vinci XI Robotic Surgery System

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary - $475K - $600K (commensurate with experience)
• Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and performance incentives.
