Quality Specialist

Job Description A Quality Specialist plays a vital role in the consumer buying experience by preserving the quality and fresh taste of draft beer through timely line cleaning service, prompt response to service calls, and backup support for keg delivery and equipment installation. This role is part of the On Premise Sales team. Schedule and Compensation Monday-Friday: 7:00am–3:30pm or until work is completed. Starting pay: $18.50 per hour. Weekly pay, every Friday. Responsibilities Service all draft accounts and perform scheduled maintenance, including cleaning of beer lines, inspection, and cleaning of draft equipment. Complete service log at the end of each account visit to document chemical use; ensure standards and practices were properly completed and the account is consumer-ready. Ensure training and compliance certification is current by completing all required training activities. Monitor and maintain temperature, pressure, and freshness date; maintain current records of line cleaning and service calls for each account. Respond to service calls promptly and support keg delivery and equipment installation. Work flexible and extended work hours, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate. Strong relationship‑building and communication skills. Basic math comprehension. Valid Texas Driver’s License. Previous sales experience (preferred). Prior beer/beverage industry experience (preferred). Physical Requirements & Essential Functions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to pull/push loads up to 100lbs. (Off Premise/Transfer Driver up to 55lbs.; On Premise Driver up to 165lbs.) Submit to repetitive lifting/placement of products, heavy and repetitive tasks. Work in inside/outside ambient/extreme temperatures. Work in noisy and crowded environments. Driving is required during the workday. Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders and stairs, turn, pivot, frequently. Use personal computer for email, data entry, documentation. Speak, hear, and see are required to communicate and operate machinery, equipment, computers, and vehicles. Hand‑eye coordination and fine manipulation skills are necessary for operating computers and equipment. Maintain current/valid driver’s license.
