Quality Specialist

Schedule & Pay Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (or until work is completed). Starting pay: $18.50 per hour. Weekly pay is processed every Friday. Responsibilities Service all draft accounts and perform scheduled maintenance, including cleaning of beer lines, inspection and cleaning of draft equipment. Complete service logs at the end of each account visit to document chemical use and confirm that the account is consumer‑ready. Ensure training and compliance certification is current by completing all required training activities. Monitor and maintain temperature, pressure, and freshness dates; keep current records of line cleaning and service calls for each account. Provide backup support for keg delivery and equipment installation. Work flexible and extended hours, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent certificate. Strong relationship‑building and communication skills. Basic math comprehension. Valid Texas driver’s license. Prior sales experience (preferred). Previous beer or beverage industry experience (preferred). Physical Requirements & Essential Functions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to pull/push a load up to 100lbs. Off‑premise and transfer driver: heavy, repetitive lifting/placement of products up to 55lbs. On‑premise driver: heavy, repetitive lifting/placement of products up to 165lbs. Must tolerate working in environments with inside/outside ambient/extreme temperatures. Must function in noisy and crowded environments. Driving is required during the workday. Bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently throughout the workday. Use a personal computer for tasks such as email, data entry, and documentation using company and industry software. Speak, hear, and see are required to communicate with employees and operate machinery, equipment, computers, and vehicles. Hand‑eye coordination and fine manipulation skills are necessary to operate computers and facility machinery. Maintain a current valid driver’s license. Perform job functions in compliance with company policies, safety policies, and best practices. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
