Benefits Bonus based on performance Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free food & snacks Free uniforms Training & development Wellness resources Bi-weekly Commission Monthly Sales Incentives and rewards What you’ll be doing Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area What we offer Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates No experience is required.
