Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Siesta Key, FL. The Sales Associate will greet and assist customers, answer product and service questions, and provide accurate information about offerings and pricing. This role includes processing sales transactions, handling reservations or orders, maintaining organized records, and ensuring that displays and materials are up to date and presentable. The Sales Associate will follow up on inquiries, support promotional activities, and collaborate with colleagues to meet sales goals and deliver a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities also involve using business software, communicating by phone and email, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients. Sales and negotiation abilities, including comfort with closing sales, handling objections, and meeting or exceeding performance targets. Basic administrative and organizational skills, such as record keeping, data entry, and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail. Proficiency with common office and point-of-sale software, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site full time in Siesta Key, FL, including weekends or holidays as needed. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
