SCHEDULER
Medina Meadows
Medina Meadows is looking for an organized, dependable Scheduler to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain daily and monthly nursing schedules
Ensure appropriate staffing coverage for all shifts
Coordinate call-offs, replacements, and open shifts
Work closely with nursing leadership and staff
Monitor staffing needs and minimize agency usage
Maintain accurate scheduling records
Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly
What We're Looking For:
Long-term care scheduling experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and detail-oriented
Knowledge of staffing requirements and scheduling practices
