The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.Basic Qualifications:• A history of exceptional performance within Production Operations Management on large Production and/or Developmental Programs.• Experience within Production Operations Management on large Production and/or Developmental Programs.• Must have the basic skills required of a production operations manager.• Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance.• Strong communication skills.• Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence.• A clear understanding of the production processes.Desired Skills:• Manufacturing experience with emphasis on RF.• Related professional level career experience in Production Operations leadership experience.• Experience in Development Programs and transitioning from development to production.• Program execution with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and leadership.• Experience in capacity & capital planning.• Understanding and wide application of assembly and Test methods.• First Unit Flow planning & execution.• Manufacturing & Test Statement of Work.- Proposal development experience.• Experience with Make-Buy generation / approval.• Experience in the design for manufacturing and design to cost.• Experience in processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, machining and material handling.• CAM Certification or cost analysis experience.• Possess appropriate political acumen to communicate persuasively with a variety of customers (Project Office, Program Office and Senior Management).Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
